All our fee earners have great experience in the area of Mental Health and Community Care and can assist in cases involving the court of protection and other matters under the Mental Capacity Act. Please ask about lasting powers of attorney. Partner, Rheian Davies is a Registered Mental Nurse and is able to offer pragmatic legal advice for client's and their families who may be affected by mental health problems.

We can also train staff working in mental health settings on general medical and mental health law.
