Rheian Davies is one of the founding partners of DH Law LLP and qualified as a Registered Mental Nurse in 1994 and gained extensive clinical and managerial experience in NHS psychiatry before being admitted as a Solicitor in 2006. Rheian has a practical approach to advice and uses both qualifications to their full advantage in her practice.
Rheian regularly appears before the Employment, Employment Appeal and Mental Health Tribunals. Rheian conducts her own advocacy and is working towards her higher rights qualification.
Rheian regularly holds public authorities to account through Judicial Review and Human Rights cases and already has a string of landmark cases under her belt. Given her background, Rheian is ideally suited to undertake work before the various health professionals' conduct committee's and has successfully appeared before the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the General Medical Council and the Health Professions Council. Rheian has also started undertaking cases for solicitors before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and related courts.

Nigel qualified as a Solicitor since 1984. He is very experienced in the areas of crime, mental health and family law. Over his long legal career has worked both in private practice and in local authorities. He has special experience of representing children in all kinds of proceedings.
Nigel is a higher court advocate in the criminal courts and a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's specialist Mental Health and Children's panels.
Nigel has a straightforward approach to advice in what can be complex area and emotionally fraught areas of law. He appears regularly in the county and crown court.

Having been accredited by the Law Society, Kavita has a wealth of experience in Immigration and deals with all aspects of Immigration and Asylum Law ranging from entry clearance to work permits.
Kavita is also a Matrimonial Department solicitor covering all areas ranging from Divorce to Ancillary Relief including all child contact and residency issues. She regularly undertakes work for clients who have suffered domestic violence and obtains emergency injunctions and orders to protect her clients. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and understands Gujarati and is used to regularly dealing with interpreters in different languages.
Conveyancing is also another key area which Kavita specialises in. Coming from a family of estate agents and surveyors, she is well accusto med to conveyancing transactions and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Kavita is results orientated and is known for skilfully ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients.

Sokol specialises in Employment, Mental Health Law and civil litigation. He regularly appears before the Mental Health Tribunal.
