Sunita qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and specialises in immigration, asylum and nationality law, in addition to housing and family law. As part of her immigration practice, Sunita has conducted a number of successful Judicial Review claims relating decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
Sunita has acted in a number of cases that have been heard in the Supreme Court relating to deprivation of British Nationality in an immigration case, and a child abduction matter. Both cases resulted in positive decisions for her clients.
In her spare time, Sunita enjoys playing football and previously played for Brentford Ladies FC.
